Billie said, “Uh, no. I hate 80s movies.”
And the Silver Screen Sisters Podcast was born.
In truth, we just needed an education, as neither of us had watched many 80s movies. Who’s John Hughes? What are The Outsiders?
These are questions we ask. Because we have no clue.
And don’t even begin to ask us how to pronounce names.

Not sure how both of us grew up without watching this one, but we did. But we’re glad it happened that way because watching this one for the first time as adults was a treat. One of Tim Burton’s first feature films, starring Paul Reubens and with music by Danny Elfman, this one was a much welcome surprise!
